At St Mary’s we are committed to supporting our children’s learning both in school and at home. We have been using our home learning platform, ClassDojo for several years now and are ready to switch to weekly ‘remote learning’ plans should a class bubble close or there is a local lockdown. If your child is absent from school for a day or so please see our weekly newsletter where we share information on English, maths and topic learning in school. There are also links at the bottom of this page to help guide your child's home learning.
For details on your child's class topic plans and curriculum content please see the 'Teaching and Learning' section of our website. Again, we hope this information will support your understanding of the expectations for learning in their year group. If you have any further questions on the curriculum or would like support in accessing anything online or would like clarification of any passwords, please contact the office at: office.3207@st-marys-witney.oxon.sch.uk. We would ask that wherever possible you send emails between the hours of 9am-3pm and we will reply within 48 hours.
The orange buttons below will be activiated should a class bubble close or if we are placed into a lockdown. This is where the weekly learning plans for your child’s class will be posted each week. (These are not live yet!) These plans will also be posted on ClassDojo.
Timetabling your day will be important while your child is learning at home. Click below for a sample timetable that might work for your family. You do not have to use it, but it is there to help you structure your day if you wish!
