Year 2 visited Frankie and Benny's as part of this term’s topic ‘The Scented Garden’. The children had great fun designing and making their own pizzas. The icing on the cake, or the pepperoni on the pizza, was that they got to take their wonderful creations home to eat and share with their families.
The children were enthusiastic about their pizza making skills and described the trip as ‘awesome, delicious and exciting’. One child commented, ‘The pizza was delicious. I had ham, cheese and tomato sauce on mine.’ While Harrison was enthusiastic about the range of ingredients that he got to add to his pizza.
