The Hoity-Toity Angel

Wednesday 12 December saw St. Mary’s stage two performances of the Hoity-Toity Angel in St Mary the Virgin Church. The church was packed with families and friends joining us to celebrate our Nativity. The performance was wonderful!

The children in Year 2 took on the lead roles and spoke with clarity and confidence. The youngest members of our school, Reception, were stars and shepherds and our Year 1 children were stable animals and angels. In amongst all the story telling there were delightful moments of tenderness alongside joyful singing from everyone.

Such performances require a huge amount of organisation and support and we would like to express our thanks to our families for assisting our children to learn their words and develop their acting skills.
